April 19, 2013 - Flipside Entertainment, owned by Nathan Crane II and Ryan Owens, was the spotlight in Playmeter Magazine's Scoring Success article. The $6 million, 52,000-square-foot bowling entertainment complex was the result of a well thought-out business plan to invest in an industry that would thrive in a challenging economy.
The article mentions laser tag specifically, "The 5,000 sq. ft., two-level laser tag arena was designed by Studio 41B and utilizes a 30-player NexusFEC laser tag system with the enhanced membership option.
This will allow FlipSide the ability to offer memberships that will draw the traffic on slower nights and encourage repeat play. The arena is one-of-a-kind, featuring a burned out semi-trailer and an airplane fuselage that covers the ramp as well as incredible artwork throughout. It is currently the number one revenue generator for FlipSide."
It's not unheard of that the laser tag attraction is the most popular and most profitable in the entire FEC. We hear that from plenty of our operators. A quality attraction with the right equpiment can make all the difference to earning your customers repeat business.
We want to congratulate FlipSide on their achievement and are glad to see they got the attention of the entertainment industry. To read the whole article, click HERE.
